PURCHASING OPTIONS

You can use our convenient Shopping Cart System by clicking on a "Add to Cart" button which appears after each product. This will add that item to your shopping cart. You can check your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Your Cart Now" button at the top and bottom left side of each page. For this option you must use a charge card for payment.
You can call us by telephone to place an order at 845-471-2434. You can also call if you have any question regarding our products.
You can fax or email us an order using a charge card.
You can mail us an order using a check or postal money order. If using a check, your order will be held until your check clears.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Cards: We presently accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Please provide the card number, expiration date, and cardholder's name. Your account will not be charged for any item until that item has been shipped. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Note: Your credit card statement name and address MUST match your "sold to" name and address.

Money Orders, Cashier's Check and Checks: Survival Resources™ accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and personal or company checks. Orders paid for with money orders and cashier's checks are processed upon receipt. Orders paid for with a personal or company check may be held for bank clearance. We suggest using a cashier's check or money order for prompt order processing. Your check or money order must be in US funds, and drawn on a US bank. There will be a $25 service charge for all checks returned for any reason. All Checks should be payable to "Survival Resources™".

Non-US & Overseas Orders: On all non-US or overseas orders, we can, at our discretion, require pre-payment by direct bank deposit or money order, before the order is processed or goods are shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you have. Survival Resources™ will gladly exchange, replace or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations, if returned within the first 30 days, and subject to the following conditions:

Returning Items: If you need to return an item for any reason, please call before shipping the item to us. We will discuss the problem and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please place the RMA number on the outside of the box (Returns not bearing a RMA number will not be accepted), include a copy of your original invoice inside the box, and indicate if you would like a return for credit or replacement. You should send your package via UPS Ground or USPS Insured. Returns must be shipped with the full freight prepaid, properly packaged and insured for the full value of the item/s. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. You may be subject to a 20% restocking charge on returns.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items may not be returned for refund or credit: Food and water rations, survival and first aid kits in which any seals are broken, dated materials such as flares, literature (books), videos, software, all electrical items, clothing and footwear that has been washed and/or worn, and all special order or customized items or kits. You may not return any item that has been used and is not found to be defective by our definitions. Should you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer or a service representative of the manufacturer near your location for warranty repair.

Guarantee: Survival Resources™ guarantees all of our products to be as represented on this web site, however, we will not be held responsible for typographical errors. The information is compiled from sources that we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy thereof is not guaranteed. Our guarantee reflects our commitment to quality. On products manufactured by, or modified by, Survival Resources, we offer an unconditional 30-day guarantee. This guarantee is not applicable to misuse and/or abuse by the user, or any damage caused while in shipment. All products sold by Survival Resources carry the original manufacturer's warranties that will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Survival Resources™ makes no warranties either expressed or implied to any purchaser or user regarding products purchased. We disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, real or perceived, cause by the use, misuse or inability to use any products purchased from Survival Resources™.

General Policies: Manufacturers are constantly updating their product line and/or eliminating items or parts. Because of these uncontrollable circumstances, Survival Resources reserves the right to change any or all prices, terms, specifications, or any other information without notice. We make every effort to hold prices and/or offer like products when possible. We reserve the right to change or substitute items in our survival kits

Here at Survival Resources™ we believe in the privacy and security needs of our customers. We hold our customer's information in the strictest of confidence. Information collected and used by Survival Resources™ is for ordering, verifying, and shipping of our customers orders only. Survival Resources™ may use customer's information for its own internal marketing purposes in order to notify customers of special sales, promotions, or new products.

All equipment or supplies should be used for their intended purpose in accordance with safe operating procedures, and if available, in accordance with any instructions provided by Survival Resources™ or the manufacturer. Some safety and survival equipment and/or supplies, such as, but not limited to, knives, saws, and pyrotechnic devices, for example, are inherently unsafe and can injure, maim or kill even when used appropriately. Any survival situation is inherently dangerous and could result in your or another survivor's injury, maimimg or death.
